Privacy notice
People tell us things here that they have not told anyone else. This page explains exactly what happens to that information, in plain language.

What we collect
If you complete the ClearPath questionnaire, we collect your answers to standard screening questions about alcohol and drug use, mood, and anxiety, along with the background you provide about insurance, work, family, and prior treatment. We also collect the contact details you choose to give us.
If you email us, we have whatever you put in the email. If you donate, our donation processor collects your payment details. We never see or store your card number.
Why we collect it
To determine an appropriate level of care, to research and vet treatment programs that fit your situation, and to follow up with you. That is the whole list.
Where it is stored, and who can see it
Questionnaire responses are stored in an access-controlled database hosted in the United States. Access is limited to Addiction Recovery Partners staff and our licensed clinical supervisor.
Your answers are not sent by email. Staff receive a notification that a submission is waiting, containing no clinical information, and open the record in the database directly.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not accept referral fees or any compensation from treatment facilities.
- We do not share your responses with a treatment facility unless you give us written permission naming that facility.
- We do not run advertising or analytics scripts on the pages where you enter questionnaire answers.
Limits on confidentiality
There are narrow circumstances where we may act without your permission: a medical emergency where someone is at immediate risk, a valid court order, or a report we are required by Texas law to make, including suspected abuse or neglect of a child or of an elderly or disabled adult.
How long we keep it
We retain questionnaire responses for 90 days and then delete them. Records connected to an active engagement are retained for the period required by applicable Texas and federal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email inquiries@addictionrp.org and we will respond within ten business days. You can leave any question on the questionnaire blank, and you can stop at any point before submitting.
Measurement
We use a cookieless analytics service to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. It records that a page was viewed. It does not record who viewed it, and anything after the question mark or hash in a web address is removed before it is sent, so no questionnaire content reaches it.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
What this notice is not
Addiction Recovery Partners provides treatment navigation and referral guidance. We do not provide medical care. Completing the questionnaire does not establish a clinical relationship, and our summaries are not a medical diagnosis.
